If you would rather send your requests by email, please use the form on the Contact details page in the secure area of the website.
You must provide an email address.
Please indicate the email address you use most frequently. This will allow you to contact us directly and enables us to fulfil our legal obligations, both in your and our interest.
Each time you provide us with a new email address you will be asked to register it.
To notify us of your new email address, go to the "Your contact details" section and click on "Change email".
After entering your new email, a control code will be sent to the new address. To complete the registration process, please go to the “Your contact details” section, enter the control code you have been sent and click on "Confirm".
The new data you provide us will become valid after the registration process is completed.
If you have not received any emails from Fineco for a long time, go to the "Your contact details" section and check the email address in our records.
You must provide a mobile phone number. Each time you notify us of a new mobile phone number you will be asked to register it.
To notify us of your new mobile phone number, go to Home > Manage account > Your contact details and click on the "Change" link.
After entering the new number, click on "Continue".
To enter a foreign mobile number, enter the country code before the number (e.g.: 00333338641447).
You will receive two text messages with two control passcodes:
To complete the registration process, simply enter the passcodes you have received and confirm with the PIN. You will receive a text message and an email as confirmation.
Important!
If you don't have the old mobile number, click on "You don't have the old mobile number?" and follow the instructions.
Important!
Remember that the new number you have entered will only become valid after the registration process is completed.
This is the address to which your mail, personal passcodes, bank statements, payment cards and accounting records will be sent.
Unless otherwise specified, we consider this address permanent too.
Post office boxes (PO Boxes) or private mailboxes cannot be used.
Updating your Temporary address online will not affect your Permanent address in our register, unless you select the option “Temporary address corresponds to your Permanent address”.
Your permanent address is the address in the country of which the person claims to be a resident for purposes of that country's income tax. If the person is an individual who does not have a tax residence in any country, the permanent address is the place at which the person normally resides
To update your permanent address, use our automatic tool by entering the postcode and selecting the specific address in the dropdown menu:
If you can’t find your address as a result in the dropdown menu, you can manually fill in the following:

Confirm your new Permanent address with Mobile Code or with PIN + SMS PIN.
In the case of a joint account, each account holder must modify separately the address.
